The question being: "Shall CSSB 379(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 379(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 27 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 12 Yeas: Berkowitz, Chenault, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Foster, Gatto, Gruenberg, Heinze, Holm, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Ogg, Rokeberg, Seaton, Stepovich, Stoltze, Wilson, Wolf Nays: Guttenberg Absent: Anderson, Cissna, Croft, Fate, Gara, Harris, Hawker, Joule, Kookesh, Samuels, Weyhrauch, Williams And so, CSSB 379(FIN) passed the House. 2004-05-10 House Journal Page 4162 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 379(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
